A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise. We have two e-bikes available for hire.

Private unit, a rural farmstay

Located on a lifestyle block this private unit has everything you need and is only 5 minutes drive to Three Parks or 10 minutes into the heart of Wanaka. Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment

Just Bee is a purpose built one bedroom apartment located in beautiful Wanaka. This brand new stylish and spacious fully equipped unit is a short 5 minute drive to Wanaka Township. Located at the base of Mt Iron (perfect for a short hike to some of the best views you'll find). Beautiful one bedroom, with full kitchen, living room and separate bathroom. Your own deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine or cold beer after a busy day exploring, watching the sunset over Mt Roy.

Hikuwai Haven 2

Set on an acre with gorgeous mountain views and all day sun. This purpose built, architecturally designed room with ensuite has it's own separate entry and is private from the rest of the home. You have your own outdoor area. Linen & towels supplied. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster & bar fridge in the room. Wifi & Netflix available. It's stylish & luxuriously appointed and immaculately presented. 4km from the lake and down the road from a boat ramp, river & bike trails.

Tranquil retreat

This private and self-contained studio-apartment is within easy walking distance of central Wanaka. There is a full kitchen and laundry and off street parking. The studio has a unique grass roof and large sunny deck with a hot tub. The studio is set in a park-like setting with mature trees. The comfortable queen sized bed has an electric blanket and quality linen. This studio is recently completed with quality furniture and is only a 5 minutes walk from the edge of Lake Wanaka.

Set on 1 acre with spectacular mountain views and all day sun in a quiet easy access oasis. This purpose built studio bedroom with ensuite is separate from our home. Large private outdoor courtyard, linen & towels. Wifi supplied. Nespresso coffee machine, jug, fridge and desk. It's stylishly furnished and immaculately presented. 3.2km from lake & town centre. Ski storage & boot dryer. Near to Sticky Forest bike park, hiking at lake 10m walk to outlet of the Clutha River.

Vygrove Studio

This quaint studio, is located a short drive from the centre of Wanaka - approximately 5kms. Avoid the busyness of town, and enjoy peace and quiet. The apartment is private, offering beautiful views of the mountains, local farms and gardens. Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio as you soak in the sun, or a book as you snuggle in the armchair indoors. If you're active, the local ski fields and Lake Wanaka have plenty to offer you. There is an outdoor fire for guests to enjoy.

This separate ensuite unit is part of a brand new house. You have your own private access from the sliding door of your personal outdoor space. The room itself is light bright and airy with high quality furnishings, feather duvet and pillows and Egyptian cotton towels. It is a large space with plush armchairs for lounging and a breakfast table as well as outdoor seating.There is a heat pump to keep you cozy in the winter months, Smart TV with Netflix and WIFI.

Prime Wanaka War Birds Location! This is a newly built sleepout that is cozy and warm. Quiet street with rural outlook. We are a family with 2x kids and our friendly family dog Izzy. There is street parking and private entrance to the room. Only a 10 minute drive to Wanaka. Lots of beautiful walking tracks and the Clutha River at your door step. The best ski fields in less of an hours drive away.
