It is situated 2.5 miles from Pooley bridge and is a 5 minute walk from the quaint village of Tirril, which has its own Country Pub. You can walk the Eamont Way to Pooley Bridge or hop on the bus from Tirril. Lakeway has 4 double bedrooms, the master bedroom is ensuite and there is a large living / dining area which has plenty of room to relax with friends or family. A cosy industrial-inspired cottage on the edge of the Lake District National Park, nestled in the picturesque Eden Valley. Designed for comfort and convenience, our space features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Starlink WiFi, an EV charge point, and luxurious Simba memory foam beds. Unwind in the roll-top copper bathtub, elegantly set upon a mezzanine platform. We are located in a peaceful village, so ask guests to be mindful of noise. We are not suitable for loud parties or celebrations.

The property was an 18th Century barn which the owners converted to an extremely spacious holiday cottage, with the best of traditional and modern features. Archie is a charming bespoke shepherd’s hut, set in its own garden space at the top of our shared garden area. Archie offers a nostalgic space for unwinding, there’s only Archie - no other pods or huts near you. Facing southwest there are lovely views. Archie has a double bed, en-suite shower room and toilet, kitchen area with hob,microwave, fridge, fold out dining table and underfloor heating to keep it cosy. Additionally outside there’s a kitchen area, bbq , firepit & seating.

Flat above popular Lake District pub

The Farriers Lodge is located above the Horse and Farrier pub in the picturesque village of Dacre. It is perfect for couples and single travellers looking to explore the Lake District - being only 3 miles from Lake Ullswater you'll find plenty of things to see and do. Fair warning - being above a busy pub there can be some noise heard from the pub below. Current pub opening times: Monday - closed Tuesday to Saturday - 12pm to 10pm Sunday 12pm to 5.30pm
