Das Ferienhaus liegt im kleinen Dorf Joao Bom. Der Ort liegt in einer der abwechslungsreichsten Gegenden der Insel, ca. 5 km vom Badeort Mosteiros und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Caldeira Sete Cidades. Im Ort in ca. 250 m Entfernung befindet sich ein kleiner Minimercado mit Café. Das Haus liegt direkt am Wanderweg zur Steilküste nach Mosteiros und zur Caldeira Sete Cidades.
