Enjoy a stay in the cottage in the big woods! The lane leading to it winds a half mile back from the road. This place will be a highlight because of everything from the spacious yard surrounded with woods, kitchen fully stocked with dishes, open, cozy living room and cute bedrooms. It is a family friendly place including a Foosball table, board games and toys. Also has a picnic table and backyard fire pit (firewood included) or you can choose to grill your favorites on the covered back porch.

You will have the entire upstairs to yourself during your stay, including a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, and an open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, and work desk. You'll also have your own private entrance and free off street parking in the back of the house.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Enjoy being able to walk to nearby Mosinee Brewery, and local restaurants. Go fishing on the Wisconsin River across the street or take a paddle in the kayaks. Have kids in tournaments in town? School and Ice rink across the street. Hang out on the Patio and BBq and enjoy a peaceful evening at the firepit. Winter months the famous granite peak ski hill just 10 minutes away along with the 9-Mile county forest crops-country ski trails.

My place is close to the city center, art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, the coziness, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home is only 2 blocks from bars and restaurants and less than 5 blocks from Historic Downtown Wausau. It is located 15 minutes from the beautiful Rib Mountain State Park and Granite Peak Ski Area. There are several local parks also right in the neighborhood, within walking distance and fine dining nearby with a 5-10 minute drive. The nice neighborhood and proximity to all the Wausau area has to offer will make this place feel like a home away from home!

This unique place has a style all it's own. Originally a church now updated to provide style, function, and great space. Arcade, air hockey, games, etc. Walkable to Brewery and restaurants, 10 minute drive to Granite Peak ski area, between Wausau and Stevens Point (15 minutes to either). Property is still under light cosmetic construction. Across from River Park.
