This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire. It’s located 1 mile from Baywood Park. 8 miles from Montaña de Oro State Park-ample hiking and walking options against a beautiful backdrop of the Pacific Ocean and Eucalyptus trees. 10 minute drive to Morro Bay, the ocean and you can see seals and otters. 15 minute drive to San Luis Obispo. 25 minute drive to Edna Valley or 45 mins north to Paso Robles vineyards and wine tasting.
