Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

This is a charming loft that is next to our 1896 renovated historical home. You will enjoy this freshly redesigned cozy homestead. It lies hidden within the historic district of a quaint little town incorporated in 1860, and you will find it just outside of Atlanta in Coweta County. Grand in its simplicity, Senoia is a destination for those who seek to decompress from a modern, fast-paced lifestyle or escape it altogether. Film enthusiasts can tour famous movie and tv spots with delicious eats.

Plenty of privacy & quiet space. Our modern farmhouse styled space is sure to make your stay cozy and enjoyable. Come and relax with plenty of board games to play, your favorite series on Netflix or Prime to watch, or curl up on our outdoor swing bed and read a book. Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

Sunnyside at Clearwater

Come experience the quiet peaceful setting that Sunnyside has to offer. Two King Suites and a third bedroom with twin beds. Two full baths. Each King Suite has a sitting area, TV and mini fridge. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker and anything you need to cook a gourmet meal. Washer, dryer. Large dining area, living room with TV and game table area. Relax in the bed swing outdoors in the Flamingo House or sit awhile on the porch in the Adirondack chairs.

Cozy Creekside Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Centrally located between Carrollton and Villa Rica, this secluded cabin will have you feeling like you are in the North GA mountains. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on the covered porch overlooking the creek that runs in front of the cabin. Listen to the woods around you and if you are quiet enough, you may see the deer walking the property. You will feel like you are miles from civilization, but with the convenience of being close to town.

Basement apartment on the lake

Spacious renovated basement apartment with lots of natural light and private entrance on 14 acre lake. It's a country lake setting for a relaxing retreat. 5 minutes to I-85 and 35 minutes to Hartsfield Atlanta Int'l. Airport. 7 miles to Newnan's Town square and 22 miles to Senoia. 5 minutes to 2 Pickleball courts and 1 Tennis court. 2 fishing kayaks and a peddle boat are available for use. Self check-in. We welcome you to come and enjoy a stay in our sweet hideaway. A clean, efficient, and comfy place to relax. Just 8 mins from I-85, and just 30 mins from Atlanta International Airport. Close to great shopping: Ashley Park, Newnan. Cancer Treatment Center 10min Callaway Resort and Gardens 45 min Up to 2 guests permitted. No parties. No unregistered guests. No smoking or vaping permitted anywhere on the property as we live on a heavily wooded area. Thank you for understanding.
