Stair gates. Large airfryer. There is free private off road Parking for 2 cars. A private patio, BBQ and a completely enclosed garden to keep pets and children safe. All bedrooms are well furnished with good quality beds and matresses . A king size bedroom is on the ground floor.

The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. Quite getaway, with everything needed for a short stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private entrance. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.

My little garden room offers a comfortable double bedroom with en suite facilities. The suite is a private detached garden lodge. I have off road parking and am situated close to the airport. Lovely walks along the River Stour and just a short drive to the beaches of Bournemouth and the beautiful New Forest with a bus stop just moments away.
