We have the biggest, most comfortable bed ever. We offer a super king size mattress with freshly washed linen, dried by the southern wind. No kitchen, only a microwave, toaster and a fridge. Great quality bikes are available for rent. Only 18mins from Dunedin and 3 mins from caffees and shops.

Lovely Historic School, Karitane

Our unique stand alone studio is a small, historic, renovated school about 30km north of Dunedin and close to the village of Karitane. The school has everything you need for a warm, comfortable stay. There books and games for your use. We live in a repurposed sheep shearing shed nearby and both buildings are surrounded by extensive gardens and plantings. There are panoramic views of the very picturesque coast line and out to sea. It is very peaceful and private.

This is an entire apartment with views to the Ocean. It is cosy and quiet and only 5 minutes from Oamaru but set in a beautiful rural environment. We are a small self sufficient farm with friendly goats, donkeys, alpacas and cattle. We have free range chickens in the orchard and ducks on the pond. We grow much of our own fruit and vegetables. We have 87 acres of hillside you are welcome to explore. Right on the main road, but peaceful and private, we are only 30 minutes' drive from Dunedin city centre, and 10 minutes from delightful beaches, friendly villages, and a bird sanctuary.

Coastal Soul Karitane Small cleaning fee

Coastal Soul came into existence when my husband living at home with Alzheimers and I felt I needed to have something else in my life as well. Our little unit/cottage where a family friend had been living became vacant and I had the perfect recipe for looking after my soul, redecorate and give the cottage a new lease in life as well as myself, unfortunately my husband has passed on but his memory will always be part of the cottage.

Private space on a lifestyle block, close to town.

My place is located on a lifestyle block near the start of the Otago Peninsula. It overlooks the countryside and sea, but is only 10 minutes drive from the city centre. It is suitable for singles or couples. The suite is separate from the main house and is at the end of an English-style barn. It has it's own bathroom and patio. Please note - no kitchen but there is a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster & electric jug.
