Banksia is set on a working chicken farm in the heart of Kangaroo Valley, NSW. It opens onto a large and private outdoor living area where you can relax taking in the rural vista while having a BBQ or sitting by the fire after exploring the local beaches and national parks. The property is set in a peaceful, rural landscape with bushland and wildlife to explore. All within a short drive of Jervis Bay and surrounding areas.

Lyrebird Ridge Organic winery is tucked away in the quiet area known as Budgong. Set back off the road, you feel away from everything. National parks, Budgong Creek and a special view from a nearby lookout are all close by. Take time to visit our cellar door, sit around the firepit or find a quiet seat at one of the five dams. The Studio is one of two listings for accommodation. The Retreat is also on our property and shares the same building as The Studio.

While 'house' might be a stretch for this cosy studio-style room, it does have separate facilities. There's a separate "kitchenette", shower and toilet. IT HAS ONE KING SIZE BED and ONE SOFABED. The sofabed is charged at an additional $20/night. The Little House has everything you need for a short stay in The Highlands! * The property welcomes gentle, well socialised pups. The Little House backyard is also shared by my super friendly dog and ewe!
