2 BR house near The Woodlands

Cute two bedroom house located in a quiet neighborhood four miles from The Woodlands center! It’s a great location for concerts, races, conferences, shopping, etc. There are two bedrooms with queen beds (3rd bedroom is locked) and a blow up mattress available. (The master closet is also locked). It is a great space, but please only rent if you can respect the rules- ABSOLUTELY no parties/get-togethers, smoking or pets. (I only open my calendar a little at a time, but I’m open to longer rentals)

The Canal House

Our little getaway sits on a canal that leads into Lake Conroe. The marina at the lake offers jet skis and boats for rent. Our house comes with a canoe and a kayak. It also offers fishing in the canal. Very quiet, serene place with lots of beautiful birds. We particularly like to sit on the back porch and watch the egrets fly by or the ducks swimming in the canal. Perfect place for respite and recharge, or ramp it up and go jet skiing on the lake. Or both! This is a non-smoking home.

Magnolia Cottage: Cozy efficiency on 3-acres

Charming efficiency apartment located on three-acre property... Feels like the country, but close to The Woodlands, Magnolia, Conroe, and Spring. Watch the deer in the yard and enjoy the quiet, wooded area! The apartment is attached to the garage, but not to the main house. The apartment has one bed plus a full kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs is a shared game room. Very flexible space. Home is nice and quiet, but still close to conveniences. Due to allergies, we do not accept animals.

Blue Heron Lake Front House

Waterfront, huge back porch, gas grill. Boat slip & lift & tie down cleats right at the house. The fully stocked kitchen has built-in icemaker and wine cooler. Master downstairs has queen bed & master bath. Living area has half bath, dining table, seating area, 62" tv, and gorgeous views of the lake. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms- all with queen beds, 2 full baths, and a bonus room with queen Murphy Bed and daybed with a trundle. 50 " tv in bedrooms. Big yard. No large parties/events permitted.
