This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. The Miller Suite was built and finished to complement the 1965 mid-century modern main home that we occupy full time. We share a walkway from the driveway and we access the same outdoor garbage cans, but we share no other circulation. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath, private entry suite is perfect for your next road trip, weekend away, proposal, babymoon, anniversary, or even a romantic place for your quiet elopement. Nestled in the oaks behind a privacy fence, the entire property feels secluded.

Nestled in the Beautiful seascape of the Bay Area, this warm and welcoming home is centrally located to everything Monterey, Pacific Grove and Carmel have to offer! The stunning sand dunes by the home and the views of the setting sun on the ocean horizon are sure to impress. The home is in a safe secluded area and offers keypad entry, driveway parking, and 2 car garage. Please note this home is not on the beach. It is on the other side of Highway 1 and the mapped location is accurate.

Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Del Monte Beach’s boardwalk is a 10-minute drive away, as are walking trails at Laguna Grande Regional Park. An array of shopping and dining is a short drive away.
