We are conveniently located in the heart of Monroe near many locally owned restaurants that you are sure to enjoy. We are less than 10 minutes from ULM/VCOM & 5 minutes from Forsythe Park. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the patio or lounge inside. Please note there are steps to get inside the home at 2 entrances.

Granny’s Little House

You’ll find all the comforts of home at Granny’s little house. A full kitchen to prepare meals if you choose and a comfy couch to relax and read a book or sit back and watch tv. The a/c is nice and cold and the queen size bed very comfortable. A roomy bathroom to take a shower or long bath. Easily accessible and just 2 minutes off of the interstate. Landry’s Vinyard, Antique Ally, Duck Commander Tour and several restaurants and shopping are just 5-15 minutes away. A Kurig with coffee & tea.

Town And Country

This newly renovated family home located in a clean, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to Century Link in the heart of North Monroe. This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. This means No Parties What So Ever.

The Holliday House- A cheerful 2 bedroom house.

Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

Located adjacent to the campus of University of Louisiana at Monroe & just down the driveway from our beautiful dock. It has one KING bed and one SINGLE bed/couch.

Come stay at Moore's Place! Located in West Monroe, Louisiana this entire home is ready for you and the family! Minutes away from shopping, short drive to the Peacanland Mall and close to Xtreme Adventures for the kids! This one of a kind space is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood within a few minutes of dining, shopping, ULM, Forsythe Park, and many attractions. You will enjoy your cozy 1 bedroom with flat screen TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney + and other streaming services) and you also have access to a quarter court indoor basketball court & shared indoor pool w retractable roof. The pool area and back patio have seating and feature access to a grill and fire pit.

It has a large porch and sun room perfect for drinking your coffee, reading, or just relaxing. We know you will love your get-away at Audrey's Place.

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.

Hooked on the River

Located on the scenic Ouachita River in Sterlington. Cabin sits on a large lot with direct access and views of the Ouachita River. There is a private boat launch a few hundred yards away. You will be 5 minutes from Sterlington and 20 minutes from Monroe. The fishing and recreation on this area of the river is top notch. Multiple porches and a patio for relaxing.
