Hiking, kayaking, river lounging, biking, bird watching, fishing, swimming and RELAXING. Our camp site offers all of the above. We have four primitive sites, each approximately 16’x16’ but with 20 acres of private river-front land, there are numerous spots to set up your tent for the night. As of Feb 2026, it is only PRIMITIVE camping(no restroom/power)

Ocmulgee River Timber Frame Treehouse

Welcome to our beautiful timber frame treehouse! Hand-built by local carpenter David Green, this work of art overlooks the Ocmulgee River. Our two-story dwelling has two porches, a lofted bedroom (full bed), a living area (window seat/bar/twin bed) and kitchen area (foot-powered cast iron sink, outdoor camp stove, prep area, dishes, cookware, and more). As it sits currently (Spring 2026) there is not an indoor restroom. We do have a camping style toilet (Luggable Loo) available.
