Two big bedrooms with double beds, a full kitchen, a bright and spacious living room, an outside patio and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a baby cot and a desk. There is also a large garden to relax in total privacy. Guests will have access to the entire house with a separate gated entrance.

The sea can be reached via an access point located 70 meters from the Villa across the road.

My place is located at the 3rd floor on the ancient building. No lift and 40 steps to arrive at the door. Close to Teatro Massimo and the Piazza Olivella and cool supermarket on the GF. Piazza Olivella, Archeologich Museum, Quattro canti, historical market as Capo and Vucciria, so easy to visit from this house. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.
