Cozy Country cabin Jr is overlooking the water in a serene and peaceful setting, take your coffee out on the deck and enjoy the wildlife.Catch and release fishing is permitted and there is a paddle boat and a v bottom available, in the summer there is swimming and You will be renting the entire cabin but the pond will be shared by tenants if the large cabin is booked.The pond is approximately 2 3/4 acres so there is lots of space,our grandchildren have permission to swim there in the summertime

Quaint Guest Loft in the town of Ashland. In the heart of town, within minutes of walking to Ashland University. University is a 5 minute walk. One block from Freer Field with walking paths and where the Ashland Hot Air Balloon Fest is held every July 4th. Short drive to Mochican State Park. Take a hike, mountain bike, ride horses on the many bridle trails, canoe, fish and picnic. Explore the many restaurants, golf courses and farmers market. We will be there for you as often as needed.

Old Veterinarian Office, Heart of Amish Country!

In 1946 my parents lived here, using the upstairs as dad's veterinarians office. I've remodeled it using their doors, sinks, and artwork, an Amish made bed & bedding, and included locally made soaps & coffee. My parents were simple, peaceful, and relaxed, and I hope you feel that during your stay. This unique building has one bedroom, one bathroom, a small living area with a pull-out couch and kitchen. It is located just minutes away from downtown Berlin, local farms, bakeries and so much more!

Were on the corner of downtown Loudonville, just walking distance from downtown shops and restaurants. We have a cozy, fully furnished 2nd floor 2BR suite in the heart of mohican country. We accommodate 4-guest with 2 queen beds. We have 2 smart tvs in the bedrooms. There’s a bathtub with shower, in the living room a flat screen tv, a dining room with a fully stocked coffee bar, a fully equipped kitchen, a back porch with a sitting area and tv. and a balcony to look out downtown Loudonville.

The main level also has a youth suite in the transformed garage that kids and teens will love!
