The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

The Pool House is set on a working farm, surrounded by beautiful countryside. There are plenty of walks in and around the farm or you can hire bikes and explore further afield - we have some lovely pubs in the area. There is a lovely, peaceful space outside to sit and enjoy the garden/view and horses to stroke over the fence. We are between Bicester and Brackley and close by are Silverstone, Stowe, Waddesdon Manor, Blenheim, Oxford, Evenley Wood.

They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. We have 5 very friendly spaniels, 4 cats, and at the moment about 50 sheep with different stock and crops across the seasons.
