Eine Sitzgruppe zum Essen befindet sich auch auf dem Balkon. Das Bad mit Dusche und WC ist elegant und modern gestaltet. Der Schlafbereich wirkt durch die Dachschräge besonders gemütlich und ebenso der angrenzende kleine Sitzbereich. Der Balkon mit direktem Blick auf das Karwendel ist Richtung Osten ausgerichtet.
