It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

Beautiful apartment on lake erie. The entrance is on the south side, but your trip to the lake at the back of the house is only feet away. Absolutely gorgeous views and the deck is for you and those traveling with you to enjoy - possibly sharing with the owners, Carol and Randy, who love sitting on the deck also! There is a fire pit to help out on cool evenings but remember, it is lake erie, so sweatshirts and jackets are always helpful to have around for chilly evenings.

Close to Cedar Point (8 miles), Sports Force (4 miles), Sawmill (1 mile), Huron boat ramp (2.5 miles), public beach (1.5 miles), Fabens Park (2.5 miles), and Jet Express to Put-in-Bay & Kelleys island (9 miles). Full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, 2 living rooms, dining room, 2 full bathrooms on 2nd floor, 1/2 bath on 1st floor. Wifi, bed linens, towels, TVs (streaming), and grill.

We just purchased this amazing property in March 2024. It is conveniently located 35 minutes from both Cedar Point and Cleveland. Beautiful Lakeview Beach is 12 minutes away. You will be staying in the adorable, second floor studio apartment with a private porch and entrance. The property features 1.4 acres of privacy, a screened in gazebo, a sauna, firepit and tons of parking. We will continue to update the space and the property. We look forward to hosting you!
