Enjoy the view of Manhattan from our quiet hilltop two bed/1 bath basement suite with a private entrance, your own thermostat, free Wi Fi, full bath with tub/shower and a room with mini fridge, microwave and TV . Onsite parking with stone steps leading to a private entrance in the backyard featuring a fire pit for relaxing under the stars. Easy access to KSU campus, Stadium, Aggieville, and Ft. Riley. Guests access the separate space with self check in. Please note the owners live upstairs.

Lakeside Cottage Guest Suite

Huge guest suite with beautiful lake views centrally located close to MU, the MKT trail, and just about everything else Columbia has to offer! Enjoy the outdoors via the dock, fire pit area, screened in porch and hammocks. This private guest suite is the entire lower level and offers a large great room with full kitchen and two large bedrooms. Each bedroom has access to a bathroom and sink and there is a combination shower/jetted tub between. Stylish decor. Come stay and leave refreshed.

Secret Garden Short Stay

1 King Bed. 1 Twin air mattress rollaway (plz req rollaway) Washer/Dryer for your use. Wi-Fi Fiber. Sep. fenced backyard area with Priv. entry into your basemnt area that is located around the back of our main house. Parking space on prop. Dog park, walking trails. Pet fee is charged. Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Does have couple of steps.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Treehouse Day Spa is nestled on 3 wooded acres in St.Charles County. There is a subdivision next to me but I have my trees!!! Get away from it all while being close to it all at the same time. Augusta wineries, Main Street St. Charles and the Streets of Cottleville are all within minutes of the location! There are two rental units in the treehouse: The spa suite and the penthouse. Lovely garden level basement apartment, newly remodeled in a 1904 historic home located in the Wyman Historic District. Walking distance to 3 major parks, dining, coffee shops, Denver Botanic Gardens, or take a Lyft 10 min to Downtown or even closer to the Cherry Creek district. Buses are also half a block away. We would be happy to tell you more about the surrounding areas and our favorite hangouts. We used as much reclaimed material as possible to craft this speakeasy-style space.

It boasts rustic exposed wood ceilings, a vintage kitchenette, patio deck, and comfortable mattress. Same day check-in time is after 6pm.
