The location is 10 - 15 minutes from the heart of vibrant Castro with many shops/restaurants and MUNI public transit – 30 minutes door-to-door to downtown or Moscone center. Easy on-street parking (yes, it's true!) with time-of-day restrictions (Our side of the street has street cleaning on Thursdays 9am-11am and across the street is on Wednesdays 12pm-2pm.)

We offer “your place on a hill” in a very desirable neighborhood. Walk to Castro, Noe Valley, Mission, MUNI Metro and BART. This space offers an efficient European style kitchen with a Smart Oven, 2-burner hot plate, microwave, queen bed, comfortable couch and multi-use table. There is free parking for one car available. Your hosts, John and Jody live upstairs and are available quite often to answer any of your questions but we will respect your privacy. We appreciate a no-shoe policy.

This studio has gets lots of light in the morning and is peaceful with the view of Mission Dolores Church in the background. It’s about 280 square feet. You can’t beat the location and privacy. You also have direct access to a common shared garden. It’s a perfect place to come home to after working in the city or exploring. The location is the best. You don’t need a car when you stay here. Just one block from Dolores Park, and close to the vibrant restaurants and shops of the Mission, Castro and Noe Valley. House rules: - No loud music. - No unauthorized guests. - No smoking - Please respect your neighbors and keep ALL noise to a minimum. - No large gathering.
