Located in a quaint neighbourhood of Cedar Valley in Mission, our home is a short drive from US border & Abbotsford Airport, beautiful lakes, stunning waterfalls, mountain hiking trails, historic sites, dining, wineries & farm tours. Conveniently near a bus stop & only 5 minute drive to a commuter train station connecting you to downtown Vancouver. With one queen size bed & full size sofa bed the suite sleeps 4 comfortably. Fully stocked with all the essentials. Be aware we have a toddler & dog.

Bright Abbotsford Ground Floor Suite

Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located and self contained studio. Build in 2023, open concept, loft style, full kitchen, washer/dryer, private patio and outdoor area, Queen size bed and Queen Sofa bed to accommodate max 4 people. Owners live on site with 2 hypoallergenic small dogs (dogs have no access to guest area). Walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops, boutique, district 1881, groceries, book store, hospital. Quality bedding, soap, coffee. Smoke free of any kind.

Hatzic Lake Carriage House

Carriage house - open concept one bedroom suite upstairs and games room (unheated) downstairs. Quiet location at Hatzic Lake with Westminster Abbey and mountain views. Ideal family getaway. Parking for 3 vehicles. Fully equipped kitchen! Fast wifi, 55" Smart TV, books, games, go for a walk, relax in the antique clawfoot tub. BBQ and fire pit. Dock, lake access for kayaking is June to early Sep. (high season). Limit 4 adults per booking with up to 6 guests including children. No events.

This beautifully, recently renovated studio type room, comes with a comfortable queen bed. This space is very private with separate entry and is entirely separated from other area of the house. The suite includes kitchen equipment such as utensils, plates, cups, coffee maker, toaster, fridge and a microwave. No smoking allowed inside but guests are welcome to use the spacious backyard!
