Situato in zona tranquilla a cinque min in macchina dal centro della città, Mindelo.

L'appartamento gode di una splendida vista fronte oceano. Dispone di una camera matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia. In salotto è presente un divano-letto in grado di accogliere comodamente due ospiti extra. I nostri ospiti adorano fare colazione sul nostro terrazzo! È fornito di stoviglie, lenzuola e asciugamani. Accesso gratuito e illimitato al wifi e ai luoghi comuni di Las Rochas, come la piscina e la spiaggia. Colazione a buffet inclusa. Al piano terra è presente un minimarket.

Je loopt in 5-7 minuten naar het strand, in 15 minuten naar de veerhaven en in 25 minuten sta je in het centrum. In de directe omgeving vind je gezellige strandbarretjes en restaurant, bakkerijen, supermarkten, pinautomaat en meerdere busstations en taxi. Mindelo staat bekend om zijn muziek, cultuur en gezellig sfeer.
