Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. We are located in an ideal spot on Seneca, with over 25 wineries on the East side of the lake, a golf course, you-pick fruit & flower farms, and 7 beautiful State Parks nearby! Though spending time lounging on the deck, dock, or in the huge hammock may be our favorite lake activity! Our 50ft of frontage is perfect for swimming! We recommend walking to the Lodi State Park, (~ .5 mile) it’s scenic and has a great playground! The house is spacious and bright, and we look forward to welcoming you!

1850's historic Victorian farmhouse near our 6th generation family vineyards. Perfect location for your wine weekend getaway! This renovated guest space includes a relaxing library, two bedrooms and one full bathroom, along with access to our large front porch for enjoying a morning cup of coffee and an evening glass of wine. This space is separate from the owner's living areas in the back of the house. Not suitable for children. We are happy to offer tours of our family farm upon request.

A-Frame on Keuka Lake

This house has a suite with a king bed, mini-kitchen, and a full bath (shower). There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and a separate bath (tub/shower). There is a large living room, a full eat-in kitchen and an outdoor grill. Extra seating including a dining table and picnic table is available on the deck overlooking the lake. There is a separate rental unit (Keuka Beach House) along the lake that shares the beach and dock, just a one-minute walk down the hill.

Beautiful Keuka Lake home close to Penn Yan.

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
