The area offers many hiking opportunities, too, including the Appalachian Trail, Baxter Park, and Mt. Katahdin. Kayaking, fishing, and bird-watching available right from the yard, and swimming, moose tours, rafting, hunting, and snowmobiling are also nearby! It’s 15 minutes from Millinocket and approximately 45 minutes to Baxter State Park. 10 miles to Baxter State Park!

Enjoy this 2 bedroom, with queen beds, 3 tvs, wifi and a washer and dryer. Arrive with your ATV or snowmobile and leave from here without ever having to trailer anywhere. If you are in the area to visit Baxter State Park we are a short drive to the park entrance. Explore the remote woods and come back to all the amenities you will need with a fully stocked kitchen and all full size appliances. If your pet is traveling with we we have a fully fenced in back lawn with a patio set.

Luxurious and very private lake front cottage

This lakefront cabin is about 10 miles from Millinocket Maine and near Baxter State Park. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The deck of this amazing property sits out over the beautiful waters of South Twin Lake. Spectacular views await you from both the inside and outside of the camp. This very private property consists of the entire peninsula. There is a large dock that is great for fishing, boating and swimming on the opposite side of the peninsula.
