This sweet post & beam house is located near town yet private and tucked away in the woods, cozy & comfortable, pet friendly, close to ATV & snowmobile trails, and Baxter State Park, Katadhin Woods and Water, plus numerous lakes and the beautiful Penobscot River. The house can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The living area is open and sunny with a big kitchen. There is plenty of parking for recreational trailers. Come enjoy a rewarding climb up Katahdin or grab a book and read on the deck.

Family Friendly Lakefront Cottage, Ambajejus Lake

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This is a large (1600 sq. ft.) kid friendly cottage that has all of the conveniences of a home with the beauty and charm of a lakefront cabin. The construction was finished in 2024 so everything is new including the furniture and appliances. The cabin waterfront is in a shallow cove. The depth at the end of the dock is less than 3 feet making it a good place for wading and exploring for kids. Water shoes recommended.

Windy Point Cottage on Ambajejus Lake

Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.

Sunday Pond Cabin

Sunday Pond Cabin is a quiet backcountry cabin located less than two miles to Baxter State Park, offering off-grid comfort and forested pond views. This private cabin sleeps up to six on wooden bunks (max 12 with floor space) and features a porch, fire pit, gray water sink, and detached vault toilet. Available May through November, it's an ideal spot to unplug, explore, and reconnect with nature on your own terms.
