Master Bedroom - The master bedroom features a queen bed and is located on the top floor. It has closet space for storage. It also features a flat screen Roku TV with YoutubeTV along with a couch. Bedroom #2 - The second bedroom features a full bed with a closet for storage. Master Bathroom (Top Floor) - The master bath has a large vanity as well as a walk-in shower, toilet & storage for towels. Bathroom #2 (Main Floor) - This bathroom features a relaxing soaker tub, vanity, and toilet. Kitchen - The kitchen features fully equipped stainless steel appliances and includes the following: - Microwave - Electric Range - Keurig single-serve coffee maker - Refrigerator with water/ice dispenser - Dishwasher - Plates, cups, bowls, wine glasses - Utensils - Blender - Pots & pans - Coffee filters Living Room - The living room features two large couches & a coffee table. There is a large flat screen TV with Roku and YoutubeTV. Dining Room - The dining area holds 4 chairs. It can be used as a formal dining area to enjoy dinner or a casual work space. Top Floor Lounge Area - The space at the top of the spiral staircase has a couch and a DoubleSun Telescope to let you explore the universe. Outdoor Areas - The back patio is likely one of the more popular hangout areas of the house. It features a large, four-burner grill. It also includes patio chairs & a table. It gives a great view of an open space known for deer sightings. The side patio features a table and chair for two. It's the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. There is also a campfire area on the rear side of the house, for late evening smores! - Guests have full access to the entire home, back patio, and all outside spaces. - Guest have access to all towels, linens, pillow cases & paper products. - The house is a short walk to Fire Ridge Golf Course. Modern rustic chalet type house set in Amish Country! The neighborhood is a very rural, peaceful area with horses clopping down the country roads. Wineries and restaurants nearby for those adventurous days when you want to venture out of this haven of peace. Pets are not allowed on our beds and there will be a $20 fee added per bed if there is evidence of pets on the beds.
