This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

Wall of windows, private deck, queen size bed, kitchenette, full bath, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, cable tv, guest robes, iron and board, kuerig, all necessary utensils. Quite, tranquil, relax. As of 1/1/26 booking rate will be $120 per day. Pool $20 seasonal.

This my home in which I am now an "empty-nester". I have 3 bedrooms available, each with a Queen bed, plus a room over the garage with 2 futons and a mattress. NOTE: I live here and will be home during your stay. This home is in historic Hopkinton, where the Boston Marathon starts, center of MA.

All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, may not be suitable for those with mobility issues,family owned wineries nearby and a micro brewery. 20 min to major highway. Small downtown village area with restaurants and groceries. 30 min from Bryant University and about one hour from Newport, Boston and beaches. Hosts live two houses away
