Cocketts Holiday Cottage - a delightful 16th century pink country cottage tucked away on a quiet lane in the heart of rural Suffolk. Cosy, comfortable and tranquil, featuring beams, logburning stove and large garden with orchard, games room and children's playhouse. Feed the owner's pygmy goats and look for eggs from the chickens. Self contained, self catering, fully appointed Old Chapel Annexe suitable for single or couple occupancy. Set on the outskirts of a small village in the heart of Mid Suffolk. The Annexe comprises of a Kitchen/Living Room, Bedroom (with a very comfortable Large Double bed) and Shower Room with Toilet. The Kitchen has all the amenities listed below, plus a separate freezer, which will be handy for those who do not really want to cook but are happy to heat-up frozen meals. Free Wifi is provided.

The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. The Moat Barn with a Countryside View

Moat Barn is located in the beautiful and quiet Suffolk countryside. The accommodation is on the first floor and accessible via an external wooden staircase. A large private balcony with views overlooking fields and sunsets. The bedroom has a superking sized bed, linen bedding and a 2nd set of patio doors onto the balcony. A great base for walks in the surrounding countryside and for visiting nearby coastline. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and furry companions.

Mustard Pot Cottage

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.

We are 25 mins from Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket. Accessible to the local village pub and shop which is 5 mins drive. Swallow Barn is situated off a quiet lane in a small village surrounded by beautiful countryside and wildlife. The property is separate but adjacent to our 16th century Grade 2 listed home and we are happy to accept well behaved dogs. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring them. Open fields surrounding the property provide plenty of lovely walks.

Potter's Farm: The Piggery.

The Piggery is perfect for an overnight escape or a weekend away. Situated in a private spot amidst gorgeous Suffolk farmland with easy access to miles of footpaths, bridleways, byways and quiet country lanes to walk or cycle along there is free parking right outside. It is also a great 'Home from Home' for workers providing a clean, bright, ambient space, super comfortable bed, large table/workspace, great shower and an adequate kitchen, to ease the end of a busy day.

You access the room directly from outside, so you can come & go to suit, your own private entrance
