This beautiful, spacious garden studio is hidden away in a private, leafy and secluded garden, screened off by beautiful trees and shrubs. It is in a friendly, quiet suburb of the city, just 2/3 mins walk from the nearest train station, bus stop, shop, cafe and takeaway, and about 1.5 miles from the city centre. An ideal base for a city break, or from which to explore the beautiful Devon coastline (25 mins drive to Exmouth and the famous Jurassic Coast) or the spectacular wilds of Dartmoor.

Experience a peaceful retreat in our charming shepherd’s hut, located in an ancient orchard in Devon. The Architect’s Chambers is a refurbished Architect’s Studio set privately in the grounds of our home, in the town of Wellington. This unique space offers fully fitted kitchen, a cosy snug area, spacious bedroom with Kingsize bed. Along with a shower room with large rainfall shower. Tucked away with private access there is ample street parking for multiple vehicles. A short walk from the town center and the stunning Wellington basins it’s a great base for exploring.

The carriage has been hand built and reclaimed from an old Devon railway carriage into a luxury self contained space - perfect for romantic breaks in nature. Wi-Fi, cedar clad electric Hot tub, log fire & star gazing. We also have our own little shop selling soft and alcoholic drinks, home made candles, sloe gin and playing cards
