Grandaddy’s house is on approximately 4 acres of land providing comfort along with peace and quiet. Only 2.5 miles from downtown Warm Springs. Our home is a quarter mile from a railroad crossing (and this is a community built around the railroad) so you may hear trains going by. Most people find it charming, quaint and pretty typical of a small town. Kids love it. Smart TV’s W/ firestick remote So you can login in to your own streaming account and local channels are available. (No Cable TV)

Peaceful Retreat on 16 acres

Peaceful get away. Walk to pond, trail in back of property. Even though this space is attached to house, there is no access to the house. Complete privacy. Two twin beds, sofa is big enough to sleep one person , queen air mattress available. $20 additional fee per night. Private bathroom, washer & dryer, 60” TV, desk. Little three bedroom two bath house .5 miles from downtown Pine Mountain. We are working on fixing up the house as we can. It is a work in progress. It is an old house.Please only book if you are easy going as this is not the Hilton. The road is a bumpy gravel road to get to the house. The neighborhood is friendly and safe but not a fancy neighborhood so if you are uncomfortable in not wealthy neighborhoods you may choose to stay somewhere where you'll be more comfortable.

Killian House Retreat, 4br 2ba

This quaint home was built in 1953 and we have designed it as a quiet getaway spot for our family. The Killian family has ties to the local history and FDR in Warm Springs. Now we are opening it up for others to enjoy. Please be aware that it is set-up as a retreat! There is a hotspot set up in the house for computers, but there are no T.V.s.

This unique place has a style all its own. It offers 2 spacious bedrooms. in addition, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Updated kitchen with all new appliances along with a farmhouse sink. Kitchen is stocked with all the accessories that is needed if you enjoy cooking. Enjoy complementary coffee and snacks.
