Approximately 50 min to the coast. Close to the Wolds Way for walkers and cyclists.

Shower room ground floor; bedroom upstairs. No added cleaning fee, except for dogs. Allerthorpe is 5 mins from Pocklington, with local amenities & Pocklington School. Only 25 mins from historic York. Perfectly placed to explore York, North York Moors, East Riding and the Coast. Great walking country!

York Poetree House, tiny treehouse home for one

Reconnect and wake up into nature at this unforgettable escape. Secluded treehouse with everything you need to soothe and inspire. Self cater, arrange meals provided by your host (a professional chef), or try one of the many eateries in town. Shops nearby. Your own private bathroom is situated a few yards away in the main house. The Mill House

Beautifully renovated 300 year old Mill House, cosy cottage feel on our working farm on the edge of the Wolds. A perfect cottage for two, tasteful and spacious bedroom with on suite bathroom. Snug living and dinning area with warm log effect stove, original exposed beams and all the facilities. Easy access to York, North York Moors, National Park and coast. A short drive from many wonderful attractions and activities. We are unable to take short breaks in July and August .

Located a short drive from the historic market town of Beverley East Yorkshire we are perfectly positioned as a tranquil base for you to explore all the tourist attractions and Restaurants East Yorkshire has to offer!

Little Lodge on the Yorkshire Wolds

Little Lodge on the Wolds is the annex to our home, Boulton House. Originally an old cattle byre, it's an idyllic countryside bolt hole and a brilliant base for visiting nearby York or the beautiful East Coast beaches. Come and make yourselves at home in our well-equipped, cosy bungalow. Relax in the gorgeous garden and enjoy the view of Garrowby Hill. Accessible yet private, we are lucky enough to be on a bus route into York or nearby Pocklington.

The Garden Suite

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! Not suitable for children. Please make your that both guests are happy with the house rules before booking. A lovely Suite overlooking the courtyard and garden to which you have free access. Pocklington is 2 miles, with plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants. The local pub is ten minutes walk. York is a 30 minute drive. We are perfectly placed for walking, cycling or driving holidays. York 12 miles.

Fairview Apartment

Comfortable modern ground floor apartment located next to a farm shop, cafe and campsite within easy walking distance from the historic market town of Pocklington. Originally this was my parents ‘granny flat’ which benefits from wheelchair access through the front door, along with a large shower shower with grab handles. An open plan kitchen, dining and lounge are with very comfortable high backed electric recliner chairs.

The Chicken Coop

A recently refurbished two bedroom cottage with parking for two cars, private patio, kitchen/breakfast room, snug with wood burning stove and spacious living room.
