Sheelin Shamrock Lodge is situated at Lough Sheelin in the heart of Ireland's lakelands. There is access to the shoreline with a private jetty. The lodge boasts stunning views across the lake which is famous for trout and coarse fishing. Connected to our house yet entirely private, it has its own entrance, driveway parking, a double bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, though no separate living room. Perfectly situated for exploring local attractions, and just 20 minutes from Dublin Airport. We recommend a car as public transportation is limited & slow, and taxis can be costly.

An Lochta

An Lochta is a converted , two story, 19th century grain store, surrounded by a mature and carefully tended garden on a small farm, set in the idyllic rustic peace and quiet of rural Co Meath. Despite our seclusion, we are just 10 minutes from the M1 motorway, 1 hour from Dublin and within easy reach of the major historical sites of Meath, Louth, Cavan and Monaghan. (Unfortunately the layout of the building renders it unsuitable for wheelchair users).
