Studio/efficiency apartment on the lower level of a small house built in 2020. Separate bath & outdoor patio in a peaceful, rural setting in the western NC mountains. Within 40 minutes of lots to do. The area was heavily impacted by hurricane Helene in September2024 and used for volunteers here to help . It was reactivated in mid 2025. Pets are considered on a case by basis. If you intend to bring a pet you must include pet information with your inquiry.
