Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels etc. IMPORTANT: local bookings, please message reason for your stay. Have had issues with parties, etc.. It would make a great homebase for adventures fishing, boating, hiking, winetasting, etc. Travel less than one minute by car (5 on foot), & you'll find a park, a public beach, & a free boat launch. Or, you can stay home & cook a meal in its deluxe kitchen. King size beds in both bedrooms. Restaurants, coffee, & shopping within easy walking distance.

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. Located 2 blocks from downtown’s unique restaurants, shops and the Feather River. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable.

We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm.
