Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a solo retreat, or a family adventure, our cottage is the perfect antidote to the impersonal hotel experience. This small cosy cabin of ours was built with love, is unique has a style of its own. It is comfortable, budget, simple, no frills, no fuss (a soft bed, hot water, wifi, TV, coffee & lots of pine fresh oxygen)And visually spacious inside. The hiking trail & pine forest are accessible through a back gate *Luggage storage also accomodated

Cozy 1 Bedroom Unit with Kitchen, Parking, Wi-Fi

Centrally located in the capital city of Shillong offering a peaceful environment, perfect for getaways/long stays/workations. The property is conveniently located near Pantaloons and is 0.5 km (5 mins walk) away from Laitumkhrah which is one of the main hubs of Shillong. The room is spacious (16x14) with attached bath and a kitchen. It is well equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, geyser and other basic amenities. Parking is available within the compound. The Home Stay has 1 queensize bed, & 3 comfy sofas cum beds that turns into a second double bed + 1 single bed. For a 4 + 3 booking, our guests can book the 2nd property, at The Home Stay and can be accessed through the link - airbnb.com/h/the-home-stay-studio. The pool is a rainwaterharvesting unit and fresh water may not be available/feasible for swimming purposes all the time!

The "A" Frame

A Home to Coziest Memories. Come experience life in a tiny "A" Frame home wit minimalistic living equipped with a lounge & loft. Located about 5 kms fr main city, guests can enjoy their stay in a place a little away from town which is easily accessible by 4 or 2 wheeler. Guests have absolute privacy as only one home is located in the property. To make their visit more adventurous, guests can explore scenic places of their choice on Cycles or E-Cycles which can be rented out fr this facility

Longwood Residence-Studio apt in the heart of town

This lovely small rooftop studio apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a 32" Smart TV, and basic kitchen items for you to prepare your own breakfast. There is also a patio and is ideal for young people who have no problem climbing stairs. Situated in one of the best residential and commercial area of Shillong, we are only a 5 minutes walk away from from the bustling Laitumkhrah main road where you can find all kinds of shops and some of the best cafes, bistros, and restaurants in town.

The room has Twin Beds to accommodate 2 people and an extra diwan bed for lounging. The house is located 3 km from the city centre. Transport, ATMs cafes bars restaurants, shopping and other amenities are within easy reach. i Backroads provide for good walks from this place.
