Communal grounds host a table tennis room and a laundry room and log store for the wood burning stove. Parking for one car only. Dogs Welcome.

The beach is dog-friendly year-round, with scenic walks to Watergate Bay and Bedruthan Steps.

Fully fenced safe garden. Multi-room SKY TV, Alexa, Sonos. We are only 200yrds from the South West Coastal Path, beach is 1-2 minutes

Beach house situated behind the dunes of Mawgan Porth. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a large day bed in the entrance room. Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Stunning views from the upstairs open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony for alfresco dining. Ground level has a lovely decking area with an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.

Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

Inside the caravan is clean and spacious with views into the valley. If you like the peaceful life and your own space then this is the place for you!
