The large suite includes the bedroom, living area, kitchenette (fridge/freezer/convection oven), bathroom, and study/eating area. It is newly renovated area on the end of my home with a private entrance. The space is welcoming and inviting...a perfect space to get away from the hustle. Although minutes from Downtown, the suite feels like you're in the mountains with a private back yard and many trees. Enjoy your stay!

Hard to beat this amazing value! Nestled on a quiet street 5 minutes from downtown, this 2bed/1bath property is perfect for your visit to Greenville. Each bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of closet space with hangers. Out back, there's a spacious deck to relax on, and the property has a fenced in yard which would be ideal for your curious furry friend. This property is minutes from hospitals & interstate 85. Ideal for work travelers, or simply curious visitors. There's a driveway for parking.

A dedicated walkway with motion activated light leads up to your private entrance in a nice, quiet neighborhood located near the I85-385 intersection. This isn't a shared or basement unit, it's a first floor unit w/ private entrance for convenient check-in. There's no shared space/kitchen included, this is a separate rental space within my home. This suite is available for mature guests (min 25) who respect quiet, it's close to restaurants, shopping, GE Vernova, Fluor, Michelin, GSP, etc.

Inside is renovated and has a kitchen that has all the items you need for your stay (utensils, pots, pans, cups, bowls, etc.) as well a stocked Nespresso machine! Please note the bathroom is not suitable for guests over 6'.
