You will need to do few stairs more to Apartment m, it is at the 4th floor, but I promise it is worth because of the view :) Inside you will have electric tent, air-conditioning, satellite television, free WI-FI, alarm. Safe and public (free) parking is in front of the building.

Apartman Costa-Bella je smješten u mirnom dijelu Rijeke. Nalazi se u privatnoj kući koja je smještena na samom moru sa izlazom na plažu te na šetalište koje se proteže od Bivia do Preluka. Gosti imaju osigurano zatvoreno parkiralište. Do apartmana se dolazi vrtnom stazom dugačkom 60 m koja ima šezdesetak stepenica. Apartman ima 40 m2 i natkrivenu terasu veličine 15 m2. Apartman se nalazi na Kantridi u blizini poznatog nogometnog stadiona, na pola puta između centra Rijeke i Opatije, u blizini restorana, kafića, pekare, trgovačkog centara Iz apartmana se pruža predivan pogled na cijeli riječki zaljev i otoke. Plaže su udaljene 5 minuta hoda. Studio apartman (25 m2) je novo uređen i sastoji se od: sobe, kuhinje i kupaonice. U apartmanu postoji mogućnost korištenja perilice suđa i perilice rublja. Opremljen je klima uređajem, te brzim internetom, TV-om....

U istoj kući iznajmljuje se i mali studio apartman za 2 osobe, koji je moguće iznajmiti istovremeno kad je slobodan.

Well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the city centre. On the ground floor there is a nice patio. Several parking places and garages are very close to the apartment.
