Waihi and Waihi Beach are a 15 minute drive away, and it is a 35 minute drive to Tauranga. You also have the opportunity to pushbike or walk some popular tracks in this area, which are a short drive away. This cabin has lovely rural views, so it’s a perfect 1 or 2 night getaway to enjoy some R & R! And remember "You can check out any time you like, but you may never want to leave!"

Swim in the beautiful clear river, take one of the many hikes through pristine native bush or bike the Hauraki Rail Trail, it's all on our doorstep. Our AirBnB is a separate, self-contained wing of our beautiful new home in Totara, 3kms south of Thames Township and gateway to the Coromandel Peninsula. We are about an hour’s drive from Auckland International Airport and close to the many and varied attractions of the Coromandel and the Waikato Region. Easy access to the Hauraki Rail Trail. From our elevated position there are uninterrupted views over the township, Firth of Thames and the Kauaeranga Valley.
