Each condo includes a master bedroom, a large loft room with balcony, two full baths and central AC. There is a large adjoining deck between units, They are completely furnished with bedding, bath towels and all kitchen utensils. Sorry no cats We are dog frendly and we will request the $100 fee for up to two dogs after you book if you are bringing dog(s).

If you want to get away to the beach and avoid the crowds, come stay in our beautiful home on Sargent Beach just a 1hr30minute drive from Houston. Enjoy 360degree water views from our home , fishing from our amazing pier, and watching the tug boats, dolphin & plethora of birds pass through. What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).

You can even walk over to Matagorda Nature Park for a game of mini-golf or beach rentals! This is a second-row house. Beach access is available by walking the dune trails, through the Matagorda Nature Park or the Beach Public Access.
