The beach is 3 min. walk, the woods - 10 min. walk Fiberoptic WiFi, Jukebox, board games, retro video games. See nice view from the terrace, rest in big garden. We have fire place there and big BBQ. The wood is free, heating by fire place. You can ride your bike around. Take your pupil but take responsibility for it.

Jednak nic nie stoi na przeszkodzie, aby więcej osób przebywało w domku (można spać na podłodze, na podwórku można też rozbić namiot). And all around, there’s nothing but forest, water, fields, and meadows :) The nearest farm is about half a kilometer away, and the old railroad embankment leading only to us is rarely used by anyone passing by. When you rent our cottage, you are the only guests on our property.

Ihr wohnt in einem freistehenden Holzhaus separiert vom übrigen Hof. Natur pur. Von der Terasse habt ihr einen großartigen Fernblick auf die hügelige Wiesenlandschaft. Dort genießt Ihr auch die Sonnenuntergänge. Zum Hofbereich sind es 25 m, dort könnt Ihr auch den Wintergarten und die Bar sowie die Seeterasse nutzen. Beheizt wird das Haus mit einem Kaminofen, der durch Luftzüge auch die obere Etage versorgt. Dafür müsst Ihr Euch um die Befeuerung kümmern.

Masuria - a beautiful land of lakes and undulating terrain. Beautiful view of the lake from the windows of the house and the entire large plot /2000m2/. There is a second house on the plot, the owner's house, where she can stay. The beach, which is also safe for children, is 100 m away. You have to cross the road to get to the beach. To the shop - 350m safe walk along the lakeside walkway. It is about 1 km to the great restaurant with fresh fish.
