Since Trogir is far from the airport only 2 kilometers; to the exit for the high-road only 15 kilometers, no matter where you come from, not one port, not one island is that far from Trogir to make this town unavoidable. Add to this the number sunny days and you have an ideal destination for adventures exploring of Dalmatia, a lazy vacation, escape from land and wondering through the aquarium of the Adriatic.

The house has its own parking with a large garden. It consists of a ground floor and two upper floors. In the backyard there is barbecue with all the equipment. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.
