Summer offers swimming, fishing tournaments and boating while winters have skiing, skating and snowmobiling. Our basement is finished and has a sitting area with a large screened TV. There is a bar, jukebox, table and booth set up, foos ball, and dart board.

Cozy Cabin located on the NYS trail system with direct access to the Deer River. Trails are used for hiking, hunting, fishing, and recreational vehicles.
