L'attico è dotato di tre stanze da letto (2/3 letti a stanza), 3 bagni, un ampio salone, una cucina vista mare, e un bel terrazzo con amache e comode sistemazioni. Ottima connesione internet.

Immersa in un bel giardino, con un'ampia piscina e solarium, Villa Lucia è adatta per adulti e giovani e si presta anche ad una vacanza invernale, essendo munita di impianto di riscaldamento. La casa consta di una sala giorno con camino e una cucina abitale, ben fornita; al piano terra ci sono due camere da letto e un bagno con doccia, al piano superiore vi è un'altra stanza da letto con bagno in camera. Inoltre ci sono tre ampi patii in due esposizioni diverse ben arredati.

Villa Egadi è una villa di circa 450 mq posizionata su una collinetta e con una meravigliosa piscina panoramica con vista sulle isole Egadi (Favignana, Levanzo e Marettimo). Il tutto completato da un campo da tennis con vista sul monte Erice, una palestra, un biliardo e tanto altro per rendere il vostro soggiorno una meraviglia. The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
