It is centrally located with an easy walk or bike ride to Alexandra Headland or Maroochydore surf clubs as well as Sunshine Plaza shopping centre. The apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite with plenty of storage and floor space. There is a fully fitted out kitchen and living room, with all the essentials provided, and outdoor living space on the large covered balcony.
