With amazing views and the Taste Tasman cycle trail at the end of the road this is the perfect retreat to get away from it all. We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

Relax and enjoy the views of the Queen Charlotte Sound and Picton Marina from the sunny deck. Amble to town to visit the local galleries, restaurants and cafes. Soak up the sun at the local beaches. Enjoy access to the Queen Charlotte Sound via the many tourist operators at the town quay or simply enjoy the great walking and biking tracks nearby.

Home away from home

Our modern home is a 5minute drive to the city center and 5 minute walk to local amenities. You are Ideally situated to visit Omaka Air museum and local attractions. Continental breakfast is supplied for first 2 mornings.this includes cornflakes toast bread, and condiments, milk, orange juice and fruit. The unit is attached to our house so the two entrances are close to each other.there is an outside security camera we are offering a discount for bookings during the winter months.

An easily accessible property from the main roads with off street parking, we are a 25 minute walk from central Blenheim and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Pollard park gardens and a golf course. The room has an ensuite, smart TV, Wi-Fi, small kitchen suitable for reheating food with tea and coffee, a microwave, a toaster and a small fridge for your use. Sleep beside the sea in this “can’t get any closer to the water” guest suite. Queen bed plus occasional seating. There are no cooking facilities - just tea and coffee included. The views are sensational of Waikawa Bay .Enjoy the local sealife from the deck- resident rays seals fish and even the occasional dolphin. Great spot for a sunset bevy and taking a swim from. Rest and relax in your sunny private riverside studio apartment or explore the close vineyards that surround us and the beautiful Marlborough Sounds. The studio accommodates up to 4 people and is located in Renwick a 5 minute drive away from Blenheim Airport and 30 minutes drive to the Picton Ferry. A minimum stay for 2 nights is requested. However we can arrange for a one night stay for $20 more if you reach out to us.

Cath and Al are kiwi locals having been born and brought up in this area and lived here all our lives. We are happy to give guests advice on where to visit and what to see. Our accommodation is located in a quiet peaceful location with bush and native birdsong on a ridge. There are breathtaking views across Sandy Bay, Marahau and Abel Tasman National Park from the apartment.
