Kick your feet up and wave at the boats going by as you grill or fish from the dock. Play a round of corn hole, hop on one of our paddleboards or kayaks for beautiful ride to either lake! Bring your boat/ jet ski or rent one from Eaton's Beach Aquatic sports, (they also offer sunset cruises and water taxi service to Eaton's Beach restaurant right from our dock!) RELAX and ENJOY!

Unfortunately, the giant tub is not operational.

Our little cottage has a so much to offer! The sunsets are stunning! The memories you will take home with you, will last a lifetime. Small but lives large is the best way to describe our beauty! Full kitchen, the bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a walk in closet that provides plenty of room for your personal belongings. The full size and twin size pull out beds allow you to bring guest along. Need to work? Do it with a view or forget it and take a kayak out on the lake for some R&R.

Gorgeous home in the National Forest. New Interior with cabin look and feel. Home has been updated with central air and heat, new water filtration system and softener, new furnishings, tile flooring, kitchen, and bathroom. Minutes from natural springs (Salt Springs Recreation Park) where you can swim. Activities in the area include canoeing, fishing, boating, hiking/walking trails, swimming, and much more. It's a great place to relax and get away. There's a fire pit and dock to enjoy as well.

Although the newly renovated house is fully equipped for your stay- including a full kitchen and spacious living room- the real luxury is outside. Enjoy relaxing on the large, lakeside, fully screened-in porch while firing up the grill. Spend the day swimming, fishing, and kayaking on this serene lake. Make use of our private dock! At night, gather 'round the firepit while roasting marshmallows and stargazing.

Recently built by our family in 2022, the home has a screened in back porch, a fire pit, WIFI, and is complete with a large private dock right on the Ocklawaha River. All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. Lockbox key access is available for check-ins at any time of day.

You can also bring your boat and tie to our private dock and enjoy the 5.7 miles of pristine crystal clear Rainbow River. Although not a direct view of Rainbow River, our beautiful private waterfront cove directly adjoins Rainbow River for a memorable vacation.

Do you love to play in nature but still have our creature comforts? This A frame in the Ocala National Forest is the spot. There are 2 springs both 5 minutes from the house, Salt Springs & Silver Glen Springs. Beautiful Juniper Springs, Silver Springs and Alexander Springs are all a hop, skip, and jump away. This fully loaded A frame is stocked with a shed full of fishing gear. Mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.

Peaceful, pet-free 4/3 family getaway or work retreat on the a quiet part of the Rainbow River. Nestled in nature but minutes from restaurants, grocery and antique stores. Relax on the dock, expansive deck, screened porches or around a camp fire. Abundant outdoor activities including tubing, paddling, fishing, snorkeling, biking, etc. Pls note, 10 people max. For parties of 7+, there is a fee to unlock the 4th bedroom. No pets, no smoking, no parties or events.

Conveniently situated in the Ocala National Forest, this rustic cabin is surrounded by graceful live oaks and is often visited by wildlife like deer, bear & sandhill cranes. Canoe from the cabin to Little Lake Kerr through a hidden channel, paddle the Silver River or snorkel the springs. Great fishing is around the bend, or off the dock.
