This self contained cute little flat is located in the historic town of Stratton, with its popular pubs, post office and church it's a fantastic base to explore the beautiful coast line of Cornwall and popular surfing beaches of Bude, which is just 5 minute drive or a 25 minute walk away. Close to bus routes and free carpark nearby. note no cooker only microwave, toaster and kettle. it has restricted headspace in places.

'Three Hele Mill' is a charming cottage in a convenient and peaceful location just a stone's throw from Bude's atlantic surfing coast. Located in the Hele (pronounced like 'feel') Valley among a group of former mill buildings, Three Hele Mill is a perfectly located to walk the old canal footpaths from right outside the door and to escape the crowds and relax. In a beautifully quiet yet accessible location 3 Hele Mill is a perfect base to explore Bude, Widemouth Bay, and further afield.

Set in a quiet rural location, Little Springfield is a great place for relaxing. A luxury self-contained lodge in a super location, for families, walkers, cyclists and surfers. A 5 minute drive to Bude and its fine choice of places to eat and drink alongside award-winning beaches of Summerleaze and Crooklets. Opposite the lodge there is a large parking area and paddock exclusively for our guests for softball games, picnics and BBQs, with views across the valley.

Hayloft is an idyllic place for a holiday in the country, and perfect for families with young children. With features such as exposed beams and slate flooring, the accommodation is stylish, bright, airy and extremely comfortable. All the accommodation is set over a single storey and it has its own private porch, ideal for storing a pushchair or a wheelchair.

Pear Tree is one of our quiet, cosy cottages for couples. Pear Tree is part of a beamed barn conversion overlooking our fields. Pear Tree is small but has everything you will need, including a fully-equipped kitchen. We have a tennis court, children's play area, outdoor pool (Easter-end Sept) and hot tub (shared facilities) on site.
