Lovely, spacious, light-filled home with beautiful views over the Gers countryside. Enjoy independent access, a private bathroom, kitchen area and two sofas overlooking a huge picture window. One sofa is a sofa -bed which would allow up to six people to share. Outside there is a gorgeous pool and large garden area plus a huge wooden table under the shade of two big trees. Notre logement se situe au cœur de la campagne gersoise à Sainte Christie d'Armagnac et se trouve à 4 kms de Nogaro et de son circuit automobile, à 1h30 des Pyrénées et de l'océan, à 15 mn d’Aignan et son lac de baignade avec toboggan et d’un parcours accrobranches. Notre village de Ste Christie d'Armagnac possède un site unique en Europe, classé aux monuments historiques (un mur d'enceinte du château en terre sèche, une motte féodale et son église)

Dans une ancienne ferme isolée, en U, le petit gîte comprend, au rez de chaussé, un grand séjour, cuisine équipée, table et coin salon. A l'étage, deux chambres comprenant chacune, à choix, deux lits simples ou un lit double. L'entrée indépendante, se fait depuis la cours ou une de table de jardin est fournie aux beaux jours. Vous trouverez toujours de l'ombre dans la cour. Le chauffage pour les entre saisons est assuré par une clim réversible.
