We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 14 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach. And we have parking!

Facing East to West it boasts both sunrise and sunset views over the sea on either side of the building. This is the best spot in Margate, on the best beach, our views are of the most glorious sunsets, in the beating heart of town. Watch the sea roll in as you cook, enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun go down over Margate Sands, or literally walk out onto the promenade and beach.

The flat is a lovely studio with a separate kitchen and bathroom. It has glorious views from all windows. It is perfectly placed minutes from the Old Town and for delightful beach walks. It is my home and I rent it out when I am away so others can enjoy the delightful calm of the views and the charms of Margate.
